The serial number is found on every piece of equipment that we carry which is usually located on the bottom, side or column (large equipment such as 2D/3D imaging systems) of the device. No, we're not currently shipping our online orders internationally as certain products and brands are restricted to be sold in different countries. It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We do not provide return shipping labels or reimburse for same unless a shipping error is involved. You can use the most inexpensive means of postal mail or ground service to ship us your return.
A 20% restocking charge applies to any item(s) being returned for refund without any exception. The 20% restocking charge is waived if you exchange for something of equal or greater value or wish to have us issue a store credit for future purchases. These items are not resold as new merchandise. However, we appreciate your business and will waive this charge. You will be responsible for all charges and fees occurred during your return process. A full refund will be given in case your product is defective not functioning properly.
Write your Invoice or Sales Receipt Number prominently on the outside of the box or use a paper to write it down and put inside the shipment. This is your Return Authorization Number. Packages without an Invoice or Sales Receipt number written on the outside of the box will be returned to sender. Do not return any merchandise in any type of container which will not protect the product from mishandling. Always use a protective box. Do not return merchandise in envelopes or other flimsy packaging. Credit will not be given for merchandise which arrives in damaged condition due to improper packaging. Every used consumable product will be charged in case of return.
Yes, we provide a basic training and additional trainings (if available) for every equipment that are being sold online, but certain promotions or products may be excluded due to excessive discount. You will still pay for your training if needed. All training related information are outlined on each product/promotion page.
